We received our certification from the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and adhere to their Standards of Practice and strict Code of Ethics. InterNACHI membership also required keeping our knowledge up-to-date with continual education classes every year.

We are also certified by the IAC2-International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants and the state of Maryland in Mold, Radon, Air Quality, and Water Quality.
